1. What insurances do you accept?
We accept most major/local insurance plans. If you have questions about your specific plan, feel free to give us a call at (208) 419-3408.
2. What does my insurance cover?
Upon your initial evaluation, we provide a complimentary benefit check for each patient and give an estimate based on current resources provided by your insurance company.
3. For the initial evaluation, what should I bring?
Make sure to bring a copy of your driver’s license and your insurance card (if applicable). You are more than welcome to bring your own water bottle, but we do have a water dispenser here.
4. Do you only treat women's health and pelvic floor?
Pelvic health is one of our specialties, but we also treat postoperative and conservative orthopedic therapy, sports rehabilitation, balance and gait assessments, oncology therapy, dry needling, and vestibular therapy.
5. What should I wear?
We always suggest to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. Depending on what you are coming in for, the doctor(s) may need to access certain body parts.
6. How long are appointments?
Our appointments run anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour long.
